SM Pampanga Shooting Incident: The Fact After The Truth

If they only use their most common sense there will be no wasted lives.

He is freely moving and might be asking for help but nobody give a damn about it. The police just come and go and even the security guards with first aide kit do nothing. Bad, very bad!
I heard one of the police officer speak on national tv about the condition of the teens involved in the shooting incident. He said that both were already brain dead upon reaching the hospital. I don’t know what to address the involved. I wanted to call them victims but one did the crime and the other was the victim; but if we based it on the video, we could really say that both of them were victimized by people who don’t really know how to act accordingly to certain situation and worse they don’t even know how to use their common sense (in case they have it).

When those two teens involved in that crime of passion were rescued on time, maybe they have survived. Let’s say that they were ought to die that very moment and there is no sense blaming anybody for such mishap, does the act before the death should be neglected? It should never be! Now that the genius behind this video had exposed the fact, even without the official statement of the crime investigator regarding the incident, we can conclude our own.

Every second of that incident is crucial and people around there especially those in uniforms should’ve taken a prompt action. Even if they will use the notion that it was a crime scene and no one should touch it, the fact that there was alive and moving even how serious was the crime, they should’ve done at least first aide, basic life support and whatnot but not watch them bleeding to death. I don’t know about the SOP for that case but at least I’ve got a mind that is able to notice the obvious and the right. Whatever the police or their equal will say about this another FAILURE they have done, the latter fact will be sure, they need to revisit their procedure, undergo some trainings and seminars for them not to waste the humongous budget allocated for them.

It's really the police! they know much, they own the scene and they have a full control with it. It took a lot of critical minutes before the medical help arrived, they should've done something. There might be people around with license and skills to act upon the incident, the officers should've been resourceful. They should've done at least bleeding control and any other thing that could've prolonged the life or prevent further danger whoever was the victim. They should've known better!
