SM Pampanga Shooting Incident: The Fact After The Truth

If they only use their most common sense there will be no wasted lives.

He is freely moving and might be asking for help but nobody give a damn about it. The police just come and go and even the security guards with first aide kit do nothing. Bad, very bad!
I heard one of the police officer speak on national tv about the condition of the teens involved in the shooting incident. He said that both were already brain dead upon reaching the hospital. I don’t know what to address the involved. I wanted to call them victims but one did the crime and the other was the victim; but if we based it on the video, we could really say that both of them were victimized by people who don’t really know how to act accordingly to certain situation and worse they don’t even know how to use their common sense (in case they have it).

When those two teens involved in that crime of passion were rescued on time, maybe they have survived. Let’s say that they were ought to die that very moment and there is no sense blaming anybody for such mishap, does the act before the death should be neglected? It should never be! Now that the genius behind this video had exposed the fact, even without the official statement of the crime investigator regarding the incident, we can conclude our own.

Every second of that incident is crucial and people around there especially those in uniforms should’ve taken a prompt action. Even if they will use the notion that it was a crime scene and no one should touch it, the fact that there was alive and moving even how serious was the crime, they should’ve done at least first aide, basic life support and whatnot but not watch them bleeding to death. I don’t know about the SOP for that case but at least I’ve got a mind that is able to notice the obvious and the right. Whatever the police or their equal will say about this another FAILURE they have done, the latter fact will be sure, they need to revisit their procedure, undergo some trainings and seminars for them not to waste the humongous budget allocated for them.

It's really the police! they know much, they own the scene and they have a full control with it. It took a lot of critical minutes before the medical help arrived, they should've done something. There might be people around with license and skills to act upon the incident, the officers should've been resourceful. They should've done at least bleeding control and any other thing that could've prolonged the life or prevent further danger whoever was the victim. They should've known better!

RH Bill in the Philippines: Know more Talk Less!

It’s never too late to talk about this matter because it seemed like everybody doesn’t know a lot about it. How can the Roman Catholic Church and the general population get the gist of the importance of the said bill when even the legislators themselves know less?

When TRUTH and PRACTICALITY Slaps MISCONCEPTION

1.  Support RH Bill Support Immorality

What is more immoral than a priest raped a woman or got out of his vocation just to heed the call of his flesh? I apologize for being judgmental but I guess that was the bill was aching to say to those who judged it.  What is more immoral than killing your unborn child just because it is unwanted and worse just because poverty or merely irresponsible sexual activity? It’s better to prevent conception than to kill what’s already been conceived.

2.  RH Bill violates God’s teaching

God is the creator of all the living and none; He’s the author of life by that He only has the right to give and take back lives. Well, I think no one’s disagree with that. Who violates God’s teaching by practicing responsible parenthood? It was never stated in the bible to have sex, get pregnant then afterwards let your offspring suffer from poverty or worse kill the unwanted-unborn child.

3. Go to the world and multiply

It is just a phrase but great enough for the cons to hold on to. On one side, God is reasonable to say that during the time of Adam and Eve, for the reason that the Garden of Eden is too wide and quiet for just beasts and two human beings. For now, there were too many of us and the demand for food, employment and shelter is greater than what can be produced.  On the other hand, what is ought to be multiply is God’s word, love and greatness not children that famished.

4.  RH Bill is no less different with Abortion

Life begins at the point in time when a sperm is successfully united with the egg cell or the ovum. Nevertheless, there is no life before that even with just a protected intercourse.  Now, is there anybody could tell me how can an abortion happen when there’s no life at all?

5. Contraceptives will cause serious congenital abnormalities

Pharmaceutical companies is well regulated, there product is well researched and tested before being produced to the market. They are not stupid to produce contraceptives just to cause serious problem to the user. Contraceptive literally mean the prevention for conception or pregnancy. Only not the pregnant and those sexually active couple should use it and definitely not pregnant woman. All medication has advantages and disadvantages and it’s for the user to follow the guidelines. Condoms on the other hand is the most safe and effective contraceptive, it’s just an external barrier. So it’s wrong to say that a contraceptive would cause congenital abnormalities when its sole function is to prevent pregnancy.

6.  The bill encourages premarital sex to the youth

Oh come on! Ask the youth and you will know. The bill was drafted that includes the reason of sexual activity and promiscuity of the youth who have less knowledge about it. Ang hirap kasi sa mga Pilipno ay masyadong pretentious at Plastic. Let’s just accept the fact that this issue is ancient history. It maybe immoral but it’s the fact, so why just we protect the youth from committing abortion, ruining their future and the most immediate problem is the possible catching of the Sexually Transmitted Infections and HIV/AIDS. Just choose, Educate or Transmit?

7. Sex Education: Kindergarten will be taught of how is intercourse being done

I’m sorry folks but I assumed you think that way basing from the reactions of uninformed Filipinos that I’ve seen on the news. They know less and worse nothing about this bill. If the bill includes sex education to student on elementary and high school it doesn’t mean that they will be taught of steps and ways of how sexual intercourse is done. Even kindergarten is already tackling that matter even before the bill was suggested. The simple teaching of gender like male or female and its difference, not necessarily the sex organs, is part of the education. In elementary and secondary school, expected topic for sex education is the external and internal body parts of both male and female and this is truth and realistic. It should also include changes during the onset of puberty and it’s up for the teachers to incorporate their moral to their teaching to inform the student not to indulge themselves to sexual activities; and discuss the disadvantages of such.

8. The bill is a threat to conservative Filipino family

Many said that aside from premarital it also encourages extramarital sex. It means that the married couple is encouraged to have sex outside their marriage. Come on! This is also an ancient history. I am 22 years old and an unfortunate product of such extramarital affair. If there is a bill that time, my mother could have been educated about safe sex and will have access to contraceptives. I may haven't beeb beaten by my stepmother all years of my childhood life. What I am trying to point out is the truth that even before the suggestion of this bill, the truth already exists!

THE ONLY BAD ABOUT RH BILL

I think the only not-so-good thing about this bill is the proposed budget of 13.7 billion. It shouldn’t be condoms, pills and other form of contraceptives should be allotted for that budget it should include seminars and availability of health care facilities and personnel that can help the Filipino family and not just free gave away of these without education. Above all, nothing even cents should go to politician’s pockets.

I guess this was all. I am open for comments and suggestions.

THEY NEED A MORE OPPRESSIVE TYPHOON THAN PEDRING AND QUIEL

Though it caused a serious destruction and loss, the typhoon hadn’t caused much but failure. The PAG-ASA had registered Signal number 3 to some places, vast of property, agricultural and infrastructure destruction yet it wasn’t at its best. It lacks the intensity! It should’ve caused much. Much more like flash flood, flash flood of Grey Matter!

When I’m watching the news one night, I heard some unintelligent critiques and their much unintelligent comments trying to sound clever by imposing that the President of the Philippines (PNOY) should show his sympathy to the typhoon victims by soaking himself in the flood (fine! I’m just exaggerating but it will sound the same if we’ll just read between the lines). Clever isn’t it? They are compelling that the Filipino masses were stupid and they needed President Aquino in person to ease their burdens caused by the typhoon. I’m starting to be convinced that sources of those notions were avid fan of the former female Marcos (Gloria Arroyo) who walked in the flood to show sympathy or the DPWH men who Photoshopped themselves in the middle of wrecked seawall for the people to say that they are doing their job. OOPPSS...I was wrong, Ferdinand Marcos is far better than Gloria. I hope there is a way that this opinion of mine could reach the corroded brains of those people who have uttered those stupid things, only if they got a brain.
Fine, let’s take this seriously. My sole point is that I wanted those critiques or whatever they are called to shut their mouth up if they have no better opinion to say. As what the presidential spokesperson said, the president is just being practical for avoiding the diversion of fund for the typhoon victims to the cost of having the president in the area of distress. Instead of utilizing the helicopter when the president visits the area, they can use it to carry relief goods and even during emergency. It should not matter on how often the president appears and talk on TV for us to say that he sympathised, what is important is there’s a plan and an action, never mind the superficial sympathy because it’s just for stupid.

If Ondoy and Pepeng didn’t summon brains, Pedring and Quiel also failed, I hope the next typhoon won’t cause loss and destruction but just downpour of Grey Matter with substance for those narrow minds, great enough for them to drown on it.

A GOOD WAY TO START

I know I already have this on my profile but I'm gonna say it again. :)

I made this blog solely for my wit that was sheltered within my cranium. I could not discuss it with anybody within my proximity for they might misapprehend the tone of my voice, couldn’t get the gist of the act or just merely not the right heads to speak about the matter.

You know, I’m not really smart but at least I got a mind that is able to muse over the current issues; especially when it speaks about Philippine Governance and Politics. I consider the idea that there are people within the World Wide Web, a lot smarter, to converse with such matter. I’m hoping that there is somebody out there who will find me rational and interesting. No matter what, it pleased me to know that I can now express my views and opinions with or without reader or follower. :D
